Wondering if anyone can tell me about the gorgeous wooden boat that seems to visit Alton Bay once in a while. It looks like a runabout from the 50's. Beautiful, sleek and tapered lines. It seems to visit a home on the 28A side of the Bay heading down towards the bandstand past Peggy's Cove.

It might be the Millie B.You can pay to take a ride in it from the Wolfboro docks.

No, this boat is a much newer model. The Millie B. is from the 1930's, I think.

Took this picture last Sunday in Meredith. What a beautiful boat. We've never seen this one on the lake before. It was from Maine.
