Winnisquam boat ramp hours

Does anyone know if the public ramp for lake winnisquam on water st has set hours or is it open 24/7

I don't see a gate to prevent access. I've seen fishermen launching before dawn and I've seen boaters launching after sunset.

There is a large yellow gate you drive through as soon as you enter the public access area but if they do have hours they are open late--we've come in to the boat launch area from the lake after 10pm without a problem last season.

We live nearby. The only time we've seen them closed is in the off season.
