Can anyone recommend a place that has good chili? Restaurant? Bar? Mom & Pop convenience store? So far, the only chili that keeps me coming back is from Dos Amigos in Concord or Portsmouth.

I think they won the statewide chilli contest at Pat's Peak.

The Lyons Den in Gilford has the best chili around. I believe they won the Lakes Region Chili contest a couple years in a row. It really is delicious!!

Walter's Basin in Holderness have a great chilli, I have seen them at various chilli fest and they have won in the past.
They have a great Pub overlooking the lake. Basshole Pub!

Does anyone know where one can fine turkey ar vegan chilli? The nearest I can find is in Concord at the Coop.

Lyon's Den's Chili IS low on beans (see below, from February 2011 newspaper article):

"Roland Lyons' daughter Nikki Lyons represented her father's chili recipe at the contest, currently on the restaurant's menu, and accepted the first place trophy in his name. This particular chili was said to stand out because of its scarcity of beans and bounty of tenderloin and hamburg."
