MSC ANNUAL MEETING BBQ
Date: May 4th, 2013
Time: 6pm to 9pm
Place: Suissevale Clubhouse
HI Everyone!
It’s that time of year again for our final get together of the season. Due to the fantastic turnout last year, we have decided to make the BBQ an Annual Meeting event. Like last year, we will have the outdoor deck for extra space and grilling, the playground for the kids, and hopefully warm weather! The Club will be providing the grilled meats, homemade baked beans provided by George’s Diner, chips, and soft drinks. Everyone is welcome to BYOB, of course. There also will be door prizes for adults AND kids so bring the whole family! If you know of friends or neighbors that are interested in joining the club next year, please invite them along. We always welcome new faces. Come out, enjoy the evening with friends, and come with your ideas on how we can make next season the best one ever!
Ballots for 2013-2014 Election of Officers and Directors have been sent out. Please feel free to email your ballots along with your RSVP to nhseawidow@metrocast.net
or mail your ballot via US mail to:

Of course, we will have ballots available at the meeting as well. Any member in your household 18 years old or older can cast a ballot. Your vote and ideas are important. Without you, the members, there would be no Club!
If you can bring a side dish, salad or dessert, please let Cathy know when you RSVP so we know how many will be coming, who is bringing food, and how much to cook. Thanks!
