Does anybody have any experience with this brand? Pros? Cons? Comments?
They seem to offer a lot of value for the money. Is that value real or jusr perceived?

I think the prices are good in general. I looked long and hard at the Sylvan 8522-4PT for an island boat. I would have bought the one at Parker however I wanted more HP and preferred a tritoon. It has full vinyl and a full camper top which would have been great for us but was lacking a few things we wanted. It wasnt worth special ordering, for lead time and pricing. I feel that for the money spent Premier was much better.
Their claim to fame these days is the RPT tubes, however I have seen a lot of mixed reviews on them. Lots of leaks and not the best solutions for repair. I dont know if they solved it for this new model year, but on boats built in the last few years I would shy away from RPT equipped boats. I have not heard of any issues on round tube boats.
For not much more money if any, I would go Premier over Sylvan.

OK, so no comments about Sylvan. I put a deposit on a 2012 Bennington 2274GL today. Hoping for an early ice out!!

Sorry no help - boat bashing is bad Karma - but let’s just say (after reviewing most pontoons including Sylvan) I did the same as you last year with the Benni.
Very happy with my choice and I'm positive you will be also:coolsm:
