I just received this information 8:00am 02/09/13
Please give us a chance to get out and "PACK" this snow or it will probably be gone by Monday. It's that "FLUFFY" junck that just blows away as people ride on it. Right now looking out the window the snow has changed to rather large flakes and comming down heavilly and it looks a little wetter?

Hello, my brother and I, stupidly, tried to make our way through the trails
this morning but the deep powder made it nearly impossible on our trail sleds.
Is there any chance there will be packing this morning or afternoon?
I'm sure there are many like myself who have traveled in hopes of riding
this weekend, but it's just not safe as of now.
Thanks so much
Dave,
I am waiting to hear from the Trail Master. As soon as I here what the plans are I will be sending an e-mail out to all Club Members and posting on WINNI.COM AND SLedNH.

I just groomed from Ambrose Cove to the Castle Parking lot and back to Skelley's. Grooming is a subjective word though- I compacted the snow more than anything. We will not be able to groom until more sleds get out and then we can drag it tonight. Please note, we do not groom on ice (our Tucker Sno-Cats are not allowed on the ice).
The State does the grooming from the Castle lot to Ossipee so I am not sure of their schedule.
Our other groomers should be out this afternoon, again really just compacting.
Please try your best to not blow the snow off the trail. If riding in a group, try to stagger a bit so you help us with the compacting!
Please be careful and have fun!
Thank you,

Please give the Groomers a chance to Pack the Trails before the snow is blown away.
The "NEW TO USE" Tucker has been out this morning PACKING some of the Trails on the 109 side of town.
The "NEW" Tucker will be going out this afternoon to start PACKING Corridor 15 and then up to the RED HILL Trail.
We will also have several of the SCANDICS out PACKING the "CLUB" Trails this afternoon.
Our 2nd Annual Winter Blues Dinner is still on for this evening at the Swisville Club House. :liplick::liplick:

How much snow did Moultonborough get? I've been out of town, get back on Sunday, and am looking forward to picking up my new sled on Monday.

May be 13-15" here in the Kona area but it's the FLUFFY Junk. The Groomers went out this morning trying to PACK it before it gets ridden out. All things concidered it's better than looking a Grass.

I measured 16 at several locations in my yard in Belmont after I got back from my first cycle of plowing. While my wife and I were clearing our driveway and yard (too deep for the dogs to go out) we got another 4-5 inches and it was till snowing moderately for the next several hours.
Either way it was a lot of snow, now hopefully the towns will have the roads cleared so I can do my final clean-ups tomorrow morning.
The rain for Monday should help your trails out. Maybe more snow for later in the week.

any word on the red hill trails?
I would presume they were groomed last night. There was plenty of snow on Red Hill yesterday afternoon.
My neighbor is going up that way afternoon time and will call me on his cell phone and let me know how it looks.
