You missed my point.. I simply said I would like to have been asked as people have done with many pictures I have posted. I not "that worried", I guess I just like polite.

I totally disagree with you, if you don't want your pictures used 1) don’t post a picture everyday. 2) Put a copyright on your pictures.3) Advertise on the site your pictures are not free or for a small fee. This is the internet and unfortunately you are putting pictures out there everyday for the world to see. Many people besides the people on this site see the pictures. Sorry to sound harsh but that the way it is. If you don't like it stop posting pictures!

My pictures are free for all to use as screensavers. If you want to use one for other purposes, please ask. I think that is the politeness SteveA was commenting about. I like knowing where my pictures are going other than desktops. If I thought they were worthy of selling, I would do as Winniquamguy has suggested.

I am guessing that for every private message you get, there are many others who don't ask your permission. (I'm not one of them...just sayin'.)
