I just tried a crepe at the new eatery where Ooh La La Crepes used to be. It's called "Seven Suns" and they are bringing a taste of France to Wolfeboro. Along with some new products from France, the husband and wife team will maintain crepes and Sandwich Creamery ice cream. They have their own roasted signature coffees and blended teas. And apparently a French hot chocolate that has won many awards. Crepe menu has changed a bit, but for the better in my mind. Some comfort food and also some great combinations. (I had a broccoli, tomato, mozzarella with pesto that was out of this world!!)

Atmosphere is intimate and feels European. Wishing them a great start and a successful winter.

Oh, my. What happened to Ooh La La ? The owner was such a sweet gal, and we loved the crepes and the ability to just sit outside at a table with the dog. The food was always yummy. I hope the previous owner has landed on her feet. She was a hard worker with a sunny disposition.

Took your recommendation, Cate, and tried it myself! Enjoyed a lovely chat with one of the co-owners, rich and delicious coffee, and the Friday Special crepe (it had banana and vanilla and honey and peanutbutter!) Courteous, friendly, tasty and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
