Wolfeboro trails question

While driving through Wolfeboro toward Alton, I noticed several snowmobile trails crossing the road. One appears to be coming through the golf course. Can someone tell me if this trail can be accessed from the big Lake and exactly where the access point is? Also, how do you, or can you access the rail trail in Wolfeboro? I've tried to get info from the Wolfeboro Snowmobile Club website, but it has been under construction for a couple of years! :(

Golf Course Access From Lake:

Go left out of Wolfeboro Bay past Romneys....follow shore line until it dips into a little cove and you will see all the tracks converge into one place. Brings you out by the 3rd tee.

The rail trail is behind the Allen A....but land got closed off that way so I don't know exact access points (not much sledding done last year)
