For just ten dollars in advance, or fifteen dollars at the gate, the Circus is in town over at Memorial Park, which is about two blocks from th closed Walter's Market in Laconia.

For five dollars/adult, we went on a brief ride on a camel and leaned that New Hampshire is one of three states, NH, NY, & GA, that have outlawed elephant rides, so the three elephants nearby could not carry any riders..........too bad......maybe you want to contact your state rep to legalize elephant rides in NH. After all, if camels are good to ride then why not elephants? The three large Kelly Miller elephants all looked to be very happy and healthy elephants.
I was impressed by the strength and ease of the camel as it strutted around while carrying a 330lb load.........camels look to be very strong, tough animals.
