Buffet Spaghetti Dinner in Alton for Tsunami Disaster Relief

5:30 pm to 9:00 pm
Door prizes will be given out during the evening in appreciation to those who attend.
The newly forming Alton Centennial Rotary Club will host a buffet spaghetti dinner to raise money for the victims of the Tsunami disaster in Southeast Asia. The dinner will be held at the American Legion Hall, Route 28, north of Alton Traffic Circle. Dinner will include salad, garlic bread, spaghetti, meatballs and apple crisp.
The Club established a Tsunami Disaster Relief Fund to provide direct aid to the victims of the devastated areas. Contributions to this fund, made payable to the Alton Centennial Rotary Club, can be mailed to:

One hundred percent of the tax-deductible contributions will be forwarded, through the Rotary Foundation, to Rotary Clubs in the Tsunami affected regions to provide needed materials, equipment, and long-term relief. For further information call the Tsunami Hotline at 875-HELP.
The Alton Centennial Rotary Club is being formed to include business people from the Alton, Barnstead, Farmington and New Durham areas. The Club's activities include fund-raising events and contributions to benefit these communities, and to respond to international disasters. Weekly meetings are held on Thursdays at 7:00 am at the American Legion Hall in Alton. Prospective members are welcome.
