What's the problem with a little "plume" of mud? :rolleye1:
Sounds like quite a mess over there, and I'm not just talking about plumes.

It doesnt look like they are real concerned about erosion ..I took a ride up there to look at the lots for sale etc .. OMG they blasted roads 60 feet deep into the mountain top , looks like there building and expressway through the mountain .. Some of the lots have very nice views of most of the lake , of course those are all on hold..
The conceptual drawings of the marina, cabanas etc looks awesome , should spiff up the wiers a bit ..
Lots go from 150K to 350K

Has construction started again?
Is this Akwä Marinä Yacht Club (http://www.akwasoleil.com/akwa_marina.html) an existing marina?

I went and looked at the lots at Akwa Soleil. Great views!!! I swear you can practically see the whole lake from the landing where their club house will be.

However, as far as the Marina. They told me that is probably about 2 years away. From what they showed it will be very pricy and large. They will need to buy up some more real estate for what they have planned.

Also, I was in that marina a couple years ago in one of the front slips..... what a nightmare. I was only there one year and left. Really just too rough ALL the time.

So, for anyone that is going to pay that kind of money to be in that marina.... it isn't going to be like the secluded bays of some Yacht clubs!!!! However, if your only concern is the prestige.... go for it. :rolleye2:
