View Full Version : Great breakfast every 3rd Sunday in Alton
This is just a suggestion and I have no connection with the following endorsement for a fantastic breakfast every third (3rd) Sunday of the month. Tomorrow is the 3rd Sunday and myself and the rest of my family and several neighbors will be at the Mason's breakfast at the Masonic Temple just south of the the circle on route 28. One can not ask for more selections of food and as much as one can eat along with fantastic hospitality. You get this all for $10 a person. My bride and I along with several friends will be there again for the 18 month in a row. Come and give it a try, you can't go wrong.:)
http://i54.tinypic.com/2e56yqf.gif and enjoy the great breakfast.

You betcha on the great omelette's and biscuit and gravey. This past Sunday was no different than any other fantastic breakfast there. Now, they have my vote for every other Sunday although my cholesterol may not like it.:)

we have quite a team that does our breakfasts on the third Sunday ea month. Several of us are there at 5 AM doing the prep work and getting the home fries cooked, gravy made, biscuits cooked, etc.
It has become a labor of love for those of us from the Alton Masonic Lodge, and we appreciate the support of the public from Alton and our surrounding communities.
Masons hosting breakfast on Sunday
(Qoute from May 16th Baysider newspaper)
ALTON — It is the month of May, and everybody gets to celebrate Mother's Day on the second Sunday. The Masons Winnipisaukee Lodge 75 in Alton extends their best wishes to all the mothers out there and hopes they were able to enjoy their day. Want to give that special lady in your life another nice day this month? The Masons can help. Let Mom or your special lady have another day of not having to cook breakfast for the family. Instead, bring her and the family down to the Lodge for the breakfast buffet on Sunday, May 19, from 7 to 11 a.m. The buffet includes coffee, tea and juices and you can get omelets cooked to order. The Lodge is located on Route 28, a quarter mile south of the Alton circle.
For more information on the breakfast or the Masons, go to www.winnipesaukeemasons.com or call Walter Gibbs at 387-2538.:)

Easter Sunday is the third Sunday of the month, and the Alton Masonic Lodge is hosting their monthly breakfast buffet from 730-1100, which we do each month on the third Sunday. Great opportunity to get a great breakfast before taking the trip to the relative's house for dinner, or before you have to start cooking for your relatives coming to your house.

Exciuse me, but if my calendar is correct that is a Monday, not a sunday as normal. I am hoping for a sunday as I am opening the cottage that weekend.

If you look back, that thread was dated May 19th, 2013 I think that maybe the reason for the date verses the day. I will be there on the proper date this coming Sunday the April 20th 2014 between 7:30 and 8:00.:)
P.S. The 2014 May meeting should be on the 18th this year.

The Breakfast is always the third Sunday of the month...this May it will be the 18th. You are a month ahead. One change for you since last summer is that we now serve from 730 to 1100. Looking forward to seeing you, my friend.
