I had a dining room set that I had to get rid of after the sale of our cottage. It's been sitting in the living room for four months making the room virtually unusable. We tried the local want-ad advertiser, Craig's List and even the local consignment shoppe (do you know that most consignment shops want 50% of the selling price?...yikes!) all to no avail.
I listed the dining room set on winni.com classifieds last Saturday. A gentleman and his wife picked it up this morning for their new place on the lake. They just moved up to the lake full-time. They couldn't be happier, I couldn't be happier and my wallet is nice and fat!
THANKS!! Any other success stories from the classifieds?

I sold a new sallow well pump which was just about new in less than 3 days. The price was set to sell and not a killing. I just wanted someone that could use it have it.http://i34.tinypic.com/2nsrj14.gif

I have put a few items up on Craigslist over the years but have never thought to list things on the classifieds here. I have a nice all steel utility trailer that I no longer use. I will have to post it up for sale.
What size is the trailer and how much do you want for it?
Dam, see how fast things go.....
