Does anyone know where I can get pre-cut mats in the area? I want to enter some photo's in the Sandwich Fair. Today I looked at Walmart. Joanne's etc. and I couldn't find any.

... division are you going to enter? The photo exhibit is one of our favorite things about the Sandwich Fair.

Try the Art Place on Main Street in Wolfeboro. They do framing and may sell the mats as well. You can always call first to ask before driving there.

I have great luck at Christmas Tree Shops (http://www.christmastreeshops.com/), there are four in New Hampshire (http://www.christmastreeshops.com/newhampshire.html).

The closest one for you would probably be in North Conway.

If you decide on the Nashua location (http://www.christmastreeshops.com/locations/7023.html), let me know because I'd love to meet up with you! :D

RG is right....and Christmas Tree Shop has the best prices. A little bit closer might be Michael's in Concord or Newington....but expect to pay more.

I use Michael's for all my matt and framing needs. They usually have great prices on frames.

I didn't want to drive to Michael's in Concord so I found a place in Laconia called U-Frame We Frame. The owner was great. My photo's are now matted and ready for the Sandwich Fair. The question is "Are they ready for my photo's"?

Can you give a hint what we should be looking for? I'll be there Saturday.

Thanks for asking. I am submitting a picture of a formal garden, my sister's cat, my pumpkin on my raft, and a picture of a friends daughter ( you will see the back of her- hair in a bun) sitting and peering at a wonderful landscape.

Another vote for Michaels for the pre-cut mats. That being said, I too use U-Frame We Frame, Kevin does great custom work.
