We were deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Mel Borrin who married us on Aug 6th, 2011. He passed on September 8th 2011. He was a great person and made our wedding such a wonderful celebration on his charter boat the Latitude 43 www.latitude43charters.com/ (http://www.latitude43charters.com/)

Mel was a man to be admired. An example of what you can accomplish with hard work, determination and honesty. I never met anyone who did not hold him in highest respect....including his competitors. He gave unselfishly of his time to the town all of his life.
Mel had all the Village Kitchen girls wrapped around his finger......there was the regular menu, and then Mels menu........We will miss him.
