Crude Lake Map

Does any one have a digital image of a map of the lake? Just a crude map labeling the major islands and towns? I'd like to include it in my screen saver which cycles through some of the awesome photopost images.

This map shows two Kusumpe Ponds: one to the north of Squam Lake and one to its south. The US Geologic Survey only shows the one to the north of Squam (which lies in LRCT protection). Where did the duplicate come from?
