Improvements at WAM?

I was chatting up the kid that was fueling me up at WAM last week and he mentioned they have a new store going in for beer, milk, etc and that there was a full campground going in with septic and electric service.

I think he mentioned the store would be going in this year.

Anyone docking at WAM or familiar with the situation there who could add any detail on timeframe etc?

I wish they would pave the roads. Nothing worse than having spotless vehicle and then return at end of day to a vehicle with a dust film.

Other than that WAM is extremely well done how they run the place.

The campground if fun and full service would be nice add-on.

Of course every time in and out you get reminded of the bogus no rafting zone to appease a single house that is connected to it:fire:

I'm thinking the campground is going to be a couple years out since the planning board item mentions the story only.

Does WAM still require winter storage if you want to dock/valet there? I seem to recall that was the case a few years ago.
