Hi there - We were in Braun Bay last Saturday and there was a helicopter videoing a bunch of boats coming into the bay and then videoed everyone in Braun Bay - Does anyone know what this was? If so is there a link to the video?

That happened to be the annual Donzi Poker Run they were videoing them across the broads as well, was pretty cool with the 25mph winds and seeing some of them airborne going across

They were also doing CLOSE ups in Meredith Bay Sat!

You are right, it was out annual poker run. We had a record 41 boats this year with most of them from out of state. Our farthest one came from North Carolina. The Helicopter got some great shots of us as well as other boats. If you think your boat could have been shot you can view the pictures at the link below.

looking at the shots of the "multi boat pictures", does the 150 foot not appply to this event or was Marine Patrol turning the blind eye. Seems to me if someone gets pulled over on a jet ski because they are within 150' of another jet ski, then this should also apply to every boat, no matter what the event.
