***Bringing food is not mandatory. You do not have to bring something in order to attend!***
It is fun to sample all the goodies that folks bring... we have some amazing cooks here on the Forum!

***Please label any food items that contain nuts.***

Unfortunately, we will not have electricity available for those of you bringing crock pots or other appliances to warm food.

Happily, we will have a gas grill or two. Thanks Meredith Lady/Kevin's Cafe and Misty Blue! :D

Thank you!

The ForumFest Committee :D

We'll bring a platter of shrimp and cocktail sauce. Probably something else too, yet undecided.

Still waiting to hear back from Keith about the grill.

Shrimp and ribs... great! :liplick:

I would like to add that if anyone brings a food item that contains nuts, would you please be so kind as to label it for us?
Those of us that are allergic would greatly appreciate that.

Thanks!

RG and the ForumFest Committee

The gas grill has been approved for our use. It will have to be set up where Keith designates, either near the stone bath house or the boat house. (I have no idea where that is. )

Meredith Lady is planning on bringing the grill from Kevin's Cafe. Misty Blue has also offered up a gas grill, along with tables for our raffle. Someone other than myself should make the call on whether two grills would be needed.

Keith says that they will not be able to provide electricity for crock pots, but suggested that someone in our group might have a small, quiet generator that we might use. I stress the quiet part as we are sharing the pavilion with other folks than ourselves.

Keith can be contacted at 603-455-1632 if any other questions arise.
(I will have exceptionally limited internet access in the coming weeks.)
Just do him the favor of waiting until after the Fourth of July - he is one busy guy.

Thanks to all who have mentioned food items they will be bringing to the Fest. There will be a big grill there for people to use (thanks kevin). The only "shortage" i witnessed last year was beverages. if you are undecided about what to bring along (or want to make life easy..like me!) a cooler of water/soda/ juice would be great! Thanks all...
