Have you tried calling Bayside rentals? We just started using them based on glowing recommendations on here. However, I would guess it will be difficult to find a place available for that long of a period, especially one with a dock. Would you be willing to vacate for a few weeks over summer? Our place only has a few rentals scheduled but it does not have dock. You would have to lease a slip at one of the nearby marinas. http://www.baysiderentalsnh.com/Unit.mvc/Details/54409
There's also another unit in our complex for long-term rentals but I do not believe it comes furnished and I think it requires a long-term lease http://longterm.baysiderentalsnh.com/Unit.mvc/Details/54019.
Good luck!

Homeaway.com has a lot of rentals on the site. I use the site to rent my vacation rentals and it is a great way to work direct with owners.

I havnt had to rent for a few years up there, but we always booked in the fall/early winter for that upcoming summer. Even then it was limited.
You may be too late?

We used Yankee Peddlar (see add above) before we bought. They have an extensive selection.
If you are looking for non-bridged island cottage rentals, check with Island Real Estate 603-569-3972, they can hook you up with folks interested in renting their place. Be careful though because, "Once you have slept on an island you'll never be the same." I can attest to that! :rolleye2:
