We've been in our home for about 4 years now and would like to have our settling cracks addressed. We know that they can be a real challenge. That's why we are looking for a really good drywall guy. We don't just want the cracks filled with mud and sanded, only to have them come back next winter. We're in the Moultonborough area and are in no hurry in order to get the right guy. Thanks!

assuming these are just cracks from settling they should of used Durabond on the first coat to prevent cracking then regular Joint Compond for the finish coat. depending on the severity of the cracks you could use painters caulk which will remain flexible or redue the seams with Durabond and regular JC. I'm in Moultonboro if you need further assisatance. www.skyscarpentry.com good luck :)

I've used Dan Enis for a number of projects over the years and have been really happy with everything he does. His phone number is 603-455-4311.
