Condo Management ?

Hoping the Forum can provide me feedback about Condo management....

I'm doing some research on those Condominium complexes around the Lake, which are self-managed, versus those that use a Management company to facilitate day to day operations. Info. will be shared with my Condo Board of Directors for
Annual meeting discussion.

Pro's and Cons ?

If you want to share your Condo name and type of Management whether on Forum reply or PM, that would be helpful.
