I'm very anxious to get my motorcycle out of storage and that got me thinking about something. I'm curious to know where other people store their bikes since for the past two years I've been riding down to Loudon. Is there anywhere local that offers storage here in the Lakes Region? If so, where, how much and what kind of service do they provide (heated storage, battery tender, cover, move the bike to prevent flat spots, etc)?

Depending on brand I would check with local dealer. I think you'll find it difficult to find a place that will move it to prevent flat spots ect. Years ago before I built a house with a large enough garage for toys I rented a self store garage locally and put my bike up on 4x4s under the frame. Good luck

I used to rent a self storage unit, in Moultonborough near the police station. I kept my bike in there. It is unheated and no battery tender but I just took the battery out and kept it at home. However I did keep the bike on a bike jack I got at sears. I lifted it up and then suck a piece of wood inside the scissors to keep it from slowly lowering itself.
Then I bought a condo garage in Gilford near the airport. It has electricity so I can keep a tender on it. Don't really need heat.

For a mere 100 bucks for the entire winter, you can get your bike stored in a heated and very clean and I mean very clean building in Oshea's industrial park. I keep my harley there. Call Rick at 491--9058

I've been storing my own bikes over the Winter for years and never had a problem with flat spots on the tires.

Same here. Just keep a battery tender on it or remove battery. Only thing I seem to get flat spots on is my snomo trailer after summer storage. I store 3 cars in my garage all winter and never any flat spots.
