Looking for Info on Swallow boathouse (aka Windward Harbor boat house) Moultonborough

My fiancee and I grew up in the Lakes Region and have always loved the old Swallow boathouse in Moultonborough. I've seen pictures of a few weddings at the boathouse but I can't find any info on hosting events there. Does anyone know if they allow it to be used for public weddings and if so where I can find more info?

Your best bet would be to contact someone at the Windward Harbor Condo Association. They own it. I'm not sure if they lease it out to public events but it is worth a try.

Check with a realtor in the area for more information.

Thanks for that pic LR, brings back fond memories. We lived on Swallow point for many years and the kids and I caught lots of bass and horned pout at the boathouse. The thought just came to me, though........how did it avoid ice damage? It was built before there were circulators. I know it's cribbed but I've seen the ice move some pretty big things.
