Pandora's Box is right. This topic has caused a lot of problems for me and this forum. Many messages in the past bordered on slander or defamation and had to be removed.

Since it is a Lakes Region issue I will allow discussion with a few reminders. You are welcome to discuss the public facts of the case and give your opinions. However, if your message is just vicious bashing (of anyone involved), personal attacks or anything bordering on slander or defamation I will remove the offending message and moderate the member who posted it.

In case you aren't sure here is the definition of slander:

"Communication of false statements injurious to a person's reputation.
A false and malicious statement or report about someone."

If I feel the thread is out-of-control I won't hesitate to close or remove it.
