Thanks for the reminder- there is little help for someone this time of year and you are generally wearing much heavier clothes.

Late this afternoon two kayaks out just down from Shep Browns. Both looked to be in full winter clothing and with out any visible PFD’s.
On the up side saw about a 33 Ft Fountain come blasting up the bay, looked to pull into Shep Browns.
Looked too me like it had yellow & black lightening bolt graphics.
Captain’s call was definitely open and it looked and sounded great.

Inflatable PFDs would be difficult to see with full winter clothing: even with summer apparel, inflatable PFDs worn by Jet-Skiers can appear to be absent. :confused:

(Although Jet-Skis are not approved for inflatable PFDs). :(
