In Meredith, just up the road from McDonalds. I notice there is some construction going on where the glass place used to be. Just wondering as I did not see one of those Coming soon signs...:confused:

Directly across the roundabout from the new Northway Bank that's under construction, the commercial building that used to be home to a bicycle store, and The Practice Room (Yoga) has had the "For Lease" sign up since about August 2009, and been a vacant building since September 2009. A building like that has overhead expenses like insurance, heat, prop taxes, electricity, mortgage(if any) & miscellaneous maintenance when unoccupied and 'For Lease' so it must be tough going for the landlord what with zero monthly rent coming in.

With that location and good parking for cars and good visibility from the road, it seems like it would be a good business spot for a 15% annual return, securitized mortgage company just like the nearby infamous Financial Management Resources, aka FMR!:emb:

Funny you mention that, because I was thinking as I drove by it, that why would someone want to build when there is a perfectly good building unused across the street. Oh well...build away. That other building is not vacant though. I saw a guy in the garage out back fixing his Harley in there the other day....:laugh:
