Old Lakeside Dodge Garage

A few weeks ago I was told that the former Lakeside Dodge garage on Union Avenue had been sold. It originally was the home of Piper Motors and more recently owned by Dan Fitzgerald. It has been for lease or sale for a number of years and wonder if there is any truth to the rumor of its sale?

Are you talking about the building that has been selling golf carts for the past year(ish)?

Lakeside...Lakeview, but yeah that is the building. The one with the golf carts.
I had some work done on my Dodge there. They didn't have a clue. I actually had to show them what was broken....:rolleye1:

Fitzgerald motorsports is the other building that used to sell classic cars and Muscle cars. There was or still is an auto detailer working out back.

You are right Lakesrider, it was called Lakeview Dodge and not Lakeside Dodge. It is the place where they are now selling golf carts. Sorry about the error.

Oh no I'm sorry. I wasn't correcting you. I have heard so many people call it so many things that even I didn't know what the name really was when I called them. I called 411 to get the number and they had no Lakeside Dodge...Living on the lake with names like that is confusing enough.....I used to live in a subdivision called Lakeview. And in there was a street called Lakeside road. The Postmaster loved that......LOL!:D
