Well that was fun....

I sincerely hope that no one was hurt during today's show of Mother Natures temper. I hear a possible tornado touched down in the Effingham area. I hope everyone is well out there.
I was outside and boy did that sky look angry. clouds going one direction and the next minute going the other way. Yikes! With all the lightening strikes in the news lately I decided to go inside and just watch WMUR......:eek:

That was indeed quite a storm. One of the homeowners I work for have some friends staying at their lake house on Long Island and they called me this morning to report that the kayak disappeared sometime last night. It was pretty well bungied down but knowing how normal weather can be in that area never mind a storm like this one it doesn't surprise that the bungies broke.
So, if anybody see's a yellow tandom kayak (brand ?) ( no paddles) drifting around the shoreline of the Captains Walk area it may well be the one. I would recognize it if I saw it.


Update: Kayak has been located 3 houses away. It is now back where it belongs.
