Travel Agent Suggestions

My wife and I are planning a trip to Europe this fall and I was wondering what agency you have dealt with to plan your various trips and details. We've been to Europe before and I did most of the planning online with mixed results. We had alot of fun though and want to go back.

Mostly we're looking for hotel and car reservation help.
