Default Cu Na Mara

I first learned of this Irish Restaurant this summer, but did not get to try it; maybe next year?

Any feedback about this place, located on Newfound Lake in Bristol?

Their menu looks interesting.

I've eaten there a few times. It's authentic...Ray the owner/chef is from Ireland. The menu has many traditional Irish dishes and they offer nightly specials that are more American Bistro style. Food is great and the beer is exquisite!!! It's the only establishment in NH that knows how to properly pour a Guinness.

Default and......do ya know how to DRINK a guinness?

Ya have tew wite til the head goes down enough fer a quarter ta properly make a clinkin' sound. If it thuds, the beer isn't ready. After that happens, it is.

THAT we learned when we were in Oldcastle, County Meath, 3 years ago.
