SunLake Village on Winnisquam??

Does anyone know anything about this? We drove down and in there last week, the road is all set, and the house lots are numbered, but no For Sale signs or anything - what do you know?

I know almost nothing about it, including even how to get there. But, if you go to the waterfront leases thread there is a mention of this 21 lot Winnisquam subdivision. Apparently, its' application to lease and get access to its' abutting railroad waterfront has been tabled by the appropriate state board. Due to the new Democratic, 3-2 majority, in the Governor's Executive Council and some other reasons a decision on waterfront leases is 'up in the air,' and under new political scrutiny by the state.
