Default Volvo Penta 4.3/SX winterizing

Hi All, This is my first year owning/winterizing my 2001 Volvo Penta 4.3/SX. I have a maintenance manual but it seems to have conflicting information. Does anyone know if there is a water intake drain on the outdrive? I can't find it anywhere, it should be fairly obvious. My old MercCrusier Alpha outdrive had no drain; just placing it in the down position did the trick. Also in the manual it mentioned draining the power steering cooler which I could not find. This was also easy to find on the M/C alpha. I've drained everything else I'm just concerned about these two items.

I suspect it just drains out when you tilt the drive down. Makes no sense to have an extra drain plug on an open plenum like that. Don't know for sure though.
