Wishing you a non-denominational enjoyment of a single day, or series of days of your choosing during the general period of the winter solstice, possibly encompassing the arrival of a new year if the calendar you observe increments annually during this period. This message may or may not coincide with significant life events of deities you honor, if it does consider it an extension of their significance in your beliefs, otherwise you may ignore that portion of this message.

Merry Christmas from the Lakesrider Household.....

And let's not forget our troops, stationed in harms way or away from home during the Holidays.

Unfortunately, I was sick in bed the last 2 days; missed Christmas completely. Go figure. Couldn't have been last week! Back in partial action today so a belated Merry Christmas to all the members and a happy New Year!

Default Christmas best wishes

Although a few days after the fact, I want to wish everyone a great Christmas/New Year's week. I've attached a picture sent to me by a former high school friend who now resides in Vermont and works at Dartmouth. He featured this photo of his house in VT on his facebook page and mentioned he took it the week of the full moon in December. (Note the shooting star.)
