Default Peer-to-peer boat rentals

I came across an article about sites for peer-to-peer boat rentals (http://travel.yahoo.com/blogs/compas...033008846.html). Anyone know if there are any sites or rentals for Winnipesaukee?

I looked at the site they mention and it looks like there's a well known marina listing their boats on line.

But I don't see any private owners.

Considering all the damage someone could do to a boat in Winni (just think about The Witches), and how one would account for fuel and damage to a boat just from people abusing it, I'm not sure how something like this would really work out.

Damage to a boat is nothing compared to the damage you can do with a boat.

Make sure you have your liability coverage airtight.

Default American Boat Club

Similar, kind of, to that is the American Boat Club out of Weirs. I did that for a year before I decided to get back into boating and buy my own boat.
It really works pretty good, with a few different types of boat.
