Question Certification Classes

My daughter and neighbor need to get their certification. Does anyone have a schedule of classes and locations for the spring/summer?

Thanx in advance,
Jetskier

Default What is the right age for the test??

Can someone explain the code below? My son is 15 and will be 16 at the end of teh summer. Can he take the training and get "approved" for when he turns 16??

Saf-C 6105.04 Minimum Age. Pursuant to RSA 270-D:13, IV, an individual who has successfully completed a safe boater education course or safe boater equivalency examination after reaching the age of 15 shall be issued a safe boater education certificate upon attaining the age of 16 and upon fulfilling the requirements in Saf-C 6105.01.

That is what is sounds like to me. Similar to the driver ed thing, just because you finish the course before your 16th birthday, you still have to wait to get the license.

In addition to the course given by the Marine Patrol, and especially if you live outside NH, the following links provide you with locations of approved safe boating courses run by the Coast Guard Auxiliary and Power Squadron that are recognized in NH and throughout the US.
