Question New slips in Smith Cove?

Maybe it really was an extra long winter, but I don't recall all those slips in Smith Cove being there last fall. You can see them on the Smith Cove Cam -- http://jd.qv99.com/ . Are those new?

That is Glendale Yacht Club. They rebuilt the docks over the winter. They started in November with the removal of the old ones.

Met and talked with the club manager the other day. They are still not finished with the rebuilding of the docks. Now the early ice out has many boaters wanting to get in but they need to finish the docks first and many may not be able to tie up yet.
