Default The best Veterinarian

Could any of you recomend a fantastic Vet?? We have two Boxers and while we will be spending alot of time at the cabin I feel they need to be established with a Dr ahead of time, Id like to have medical records and things sent along so they will be esatblished and the vet canknow them ahead of time, as well as us knowing he/she.
Would appreciate any and all recomendations, we are in center Ossipee but its no problem to travel to a really great one!!
Thanks in advance!

Thumbs up Kindness Animal Hospital, Ossipee

Your profile indicates that you're in the Ossipee area. That is a happy coincidence, as you won't find a better place anywhere to take your pets than Kindness Animal Hospital, located on Route 171 in Ossipee, a couple doors west of the junction with Route 28. Dick Seibel is very kind and has been in practice for at least 25 years that I'm aware of, and we've also become very fond of Dr. Susan Haley, who joined the practice several years ago. We highly recommend either one.

Default Manchester Animal Hospital

Many of the pet owners on the Laconia to Alton side of the lake would travel to Hooksett as Dr. Roy Ball is a very competent and compassionate vet. He is a skilled surgeon and his staff is very caring.

Default Interlakes Animal Hospital

We switched from VCA to Interlakes and never looked back! They are fantastic and it only took once for me to return to buy food before they remembered me. Dr. Julie Jaques did a thorough exam on both of my kitties and we felt that no one was trying to push services on us that we really didn't need.

The other place liked to tell us that we needed to have both our kitties teeth cleaned and wanted to charge us over $200 to see both cats at the same time (this is for rabies, office visit and distemper). When they gave us the estimate for the teeth cleaning I almost fell out of my chair! Through them it would've cost over a grand!!

Interlakes told us that only one needed her teeth cleaned and it only cost us about $170!! That included the blood work. We also only paid about $135 for both cats for their office visit. We couldn't believe the difference in cost between the two places.

It all boils down to locality. It's nice to keep the business in the area and we're very happy with Interlakes. We won't go anywhere else, ever!

Would you recommend these folks over Winter Harbor in Wolfeboro?

Default thumbs up

Winter Harbor is very good. My sister-in-law took her springer there for several years. When it finally came time to put Chaps down, Dr. Wing and her staff were extremely compassionate and caring. Highly recommend her.
