Need a BIG favor
For those who do not know I am a member of the US Coast Guard Auxiliary.
Some gentleman passed away and has donated his boat to my Flotilla. WOW! A 30' Grady with twin Yamahas. The problem is that the boat is in Cape Cod and my station is Portsmouth. Running it up to Portsmouth might be done but we would still have to haul it for a winter overhaul. We need a trailer capable of hauling it. We are short on funds and ready to beg, borrow, steal or rent (for small $) a unit. It would be in October and take a day or two. If any one has any ideas let me know. Thanks, Misty Blue |

Possible Idea
MB - You may recall that my Fountain boat and Eagle trailer were stolen from the Silver Sands Marina last May. The boat (or what is left of it!) will be sent to a marine salvage company and will be taken off of the trailer at that time. I have a message in to a marine surveyor to see if the trailer would accommodate your 30' Grady. I should get some feedback in the next couple of days and will PM you either way. Don't worry about any fees as the trailer will just sit around until I sell it!

MB - I'll be in touch via PM. On the trailer, I'd love to get my hands on another Fountain, but my better half is telling me that my hot-rod days are over. After 20 years of boating on the lake, we will be back, but I'm not sure on what.

I have an idea!!
You can "gift" me the boat, I'll take it off your hands for free!! You get a tax break, I get a boat, it's a win-win. .....and, I'll publically thank (spelling?) your Coast Guard unit telling EVERYONE who will listen how great you guys were in letting me take that boat off your hands!!! LOL!!! Let me know if this works for you. (somehow, I just don't think it will, but a guys got to try, right?) LOL!
By the way, as you can see by my avatar, I'm already on my way, just in case you say yes!! So getr back to me a.s.a.p......ok? LOL!!
