Boarded-up houses on Black Cat
We were walking on Black Cat Island over the weekend and two houses 126 and its immediate neighbor (not sure of the number) had all the windows boarded up and a red "danger" tape around both properties. There was no obvious fire or other damage from the road. Anyone know what happened?

Just a guess but maybe they are getting ready to tear them down or have a controlled burn with the FD so bigger homes can be built in place of them.

Rebuild larger on a combined lot sounds likely, same person owns both lots and only one of the lots shows a dock.
