Just drove around the island today. Lots of houses for sale. Cheapest must run about 1.0 mil and go up to 4.0 mil. And I could have bought the whole island for 62 grand! What a deal.

You can. Buy something now and then wait 150 to 200 years and see what type of deal you made.

How about the man from NH who recently sold his 1935 Bugatti at auction for 40 Mil. Wonder where he kept a 40 mil car up here.
