Ark Vacancy
I heard that Noah had lots of space. Apparently many cancelled due to the state's new 'hoof' tax which required any creature with a 'hoof' to pay an additional 9% to board the Ark. Mammals, led by the Bears, were ferocious in their opposition as the Birds kept quiet, knowing this is an unfair tax, but one to their advantage. These birds, some with brains, live on that 'Wal-Mart' side of the lake and long advocated for the hoof tax, knowing that it wouldn't affect them but would affect all those hard-working hoofed-beasts of burden. But today's rains are convincing most to cough-up the extra $$$ to the state. However, I still see the Unicorns on the shore, refusing to pay.

Couldn't agree with you more. I was so bored I took a ride over to Alton Bay to check on the boat....still there...still damp...got my feet soaked walking through the now-underwater grass to get to the slip. Ugh.
