Default Hoping to borrow paddleboard

Hi,

My wife and I are taking our annual trip out to the lake from Seattle the second week of August (5th, 6th, 7th and 8th) and I was wondering if anyone on this forum had a paddleboard or two they wouldn't mind lending out for a couple hours. I'm happy to pay. We have a boat and can come to you, if you're along the water. We'd be coming from 19 mile bay.

Here's a link to an image of a paddleboard, fyi. http://www.surfwoodboards.com/assets...toward_sun.jpg

As another option, does anyone know of an equipment rental shop that has them? Paraphernalia said they are selling theirs fast, so they doubt they'll have any to rent by August.

Anyway, I thought I'd ask! Thanks in advance for any responses. You can reply here or email me at alexbgreene@yahoo.com.
All the best,
Alex

C'mon, someone step up and help this guy out. If I had one, I would let you borrow it.

Thanks so much. Long time reader, first time joiner/poster. I have been coming to Winni all my life from the various places in the country where I have lived. Wouldn't miss a little "lake time" each summer for anything.

Arrow Paddle Board

Check with Parafunalia. Bart answered my e-mail and said he was hoping to get the rentals back by the middle of next week.

I also have an e-mail out to another place. I'll let you know if I hear back.

Welcome to the Forum Alex and ChasesIslandOkie!

Cool Hello

was on this site and i noticed this post. This reply is two years late and I hope you got to rent boards. If you come to the lakes region again just contact me as i own and operate a STAND UP PADDLE BOARD service. We open in March offering lessons, training, rentals and repairs. We are dedicated at serving our area and all its visitors. Take care.

Default Happy

Alex,
So glad you posted on here. I have been wanting to try SUP for a while. I actually bid on lessons at a silent auction recently with Cinnamon Rainbow in Hampton - but spend most of my time at the lake so am looking forward to catching up with you this summer for a lesson and rental!

Thumbs up Great!

Lessons are the best way to get into paddle boarding. Our service will travel and offer lessons from Wolfeboro to Meredith Bay and beyond. If you want to continue training we teach paddle surfing at the ocean. Want to join weekly classes? I am starting on May 5th. Any questions about our paddle board lessons or rentals check our website www.supnh.com or call (603)833-1211

I hope to see you all on the water this season, Chris
