Default opportunity calling-Laconia

Paugus Bay retail fishing & sporting goods store for sale on Craigslist, Route 3, Laconia, directly on beautifull Paugus Bay, Lake Winnipesaukee. In business since 1941. Price $99,999.

Seller-financing available!

Dock access and mooring for a boat available!

R u unemployed, under-employed, or just plain bored-to-death with your current job, and have been thinking about making some changes? This could be a big opportunity to reel in a new life!

Say, I betcha there's a BIG PROBLEM there with all the fishing gear customers going to the Gilford Wal-Mart. It's another case of a terrific, long time, local biz going down for the count due to BIG BOX-ITIS

Here is a WORKING LINK. It looks like they've dropped the price by 14K since you first found it...or you hit the wrong key.

So do the current owners own the real estate or is the potential buyer dealing with a third party?

God.......I have not stepped foot in that place since the early 80s, but I used to buy my bluejeans in there. They carried a great selction of "Lee Bluejeans" which I always liked better than Levis

Maybe I should use this before the place is sold.

I just found this last week in the bottom of an old tackle box when cleaning out the garage.

Maybe a could get a pair of those "Lee Bluejeans" and maybe I should clean the garage more than once in 18 years.
