Gilford Town Docks
Gilford residents;
My wife and I are renting an island home in Gilford for a couple weeks and it sure would be handy to have access to the 8 hour docks. Do you know if it is possible to receive a temporary docking permit for the 8 hour docks in Glendale?? Thanks!! Dan |

Town DOcks
I believe only taxpayers of Gilford have access to the docks and town beach. Perhaps the property manager has a guest permit you can use for your stay.

Nope
Only boats with Gilford Island Resident stickers on their sterns may park in that area. Guest passes for car parking at Glendale are issued to island residents but there are no guest passes for the docks.

Thanks for the replies...
I was aware of the guest pass for parking, just was unsure about the docks. Oh well... If things work out right I will hopefully be a resident of Gilford before the end of August!! Keeping my fingers crossed!! Dan |
