Default anyone familiar with this campground?

I was thinking about taken my kids (ages 6 and 8) camping and booking a site at the Clearwater Campground in Meredith. Can anyone comment on this campground? They seem to have alot of activities there. Or can you recomment another campground which is close to Weirs Beach?

thanks!

Default yep

I can tell you everything and anything about this campground.
They are not perfect, but the positives outnumber the few negatives by a lot.
Highly recommend. On a 1/10 scale...a strong 8.
What would you like to know????

It's been a number of years since we camped so take this for what it's worth...

We found Clearwater to be one of oour favorites for camping with our two girls. We always tried to stay on the beach loop as it was quieter, and with little through-traffic was perfect for the girls to ride their bikes around, etc. Really enjoyed being on the lake, great beach. Always clean.

Thank you for your response. We are first time tent campers and just wanted to make sure that we were taking the kids to a place that has alot of activities. What are the few negatives? Also, would you recommend another campground over this?

We've driven through but never stayed. Here is a link to RVParkReviews.com that we always reference before we stay at any campground.

http://www.rvparkreviews.com/regions.../Meredith.html

The reviews you'll see are from people that have stayed there.
