Default Now that ice is out...look for James.

Now that the lake is free of ice PLEASE don't forget to keep an eye out for the body of James Sylvestre who fell off the Mount in October.

There are many variables that will determine whether or not a body surfaces, and if so when and where but if you stop for a moment and think about it, we, as the boating public, are everywhere on Winni, literally, and as such stand a HUGE chance as a group of finding the body if it has surfaced. Grim request? Of course. But you know how great it would be if somebody spots something and decides to a closer look and finds him. That's how Fred Surrette was found. It could happen here too. You'll know by instinct if something doesn't look quite right-and it's at that moment that you need to go and check it out up close.

He's in my thoughts-how about yours? Thanks.

Maybe he didn't want to go through an expensive divorce, and there was a prearrainged unlit boat nearby that quickly picked him up. And now, he's alive and well and working in Laconia.

Tongue in cheek or not FLL, that was out of line. That family has endured enough without being able to bring closure to this tragic story.

Couldn't agree more Blue Thunder. FLL that wasn't even remotely humorous.

I heard from a reliable source that Marine Patrol found him last fall. Can anyone confirm or deny this?
