Never mind...it appears to be sitting still...and not a "real" balloon. Perspective is everything...

Default balloon rides - almost

That "balloon" is tethered in the parking lot just behind the little Weirs beach water slide. I don't know what they charge but we watched them haul people up and down a couple of weeks ago when we rented a cottage on the channel.

It's actually only $20 per person, which I didn't think was horrible for the experience, not that I've gone yet.

Thumbs up It is BALLOON !!

A new attraction this year at the Weirs. Tethered balloon rides. As already mentioned, $20/adult and $10/child. I don't know how much time you get in the balloon but the view must be spectacular. Located behind the Weirs Water Slide.

I know you can see the ballon from the Rt. 3/11 bypass at the top of the hill by the airport, so you must be able to see quite a bit. I think the citizen had an article with pics last week?
