Default Good working weather!

I’ve been waiting for this all summer and hope those days of 80-90 with high humidity are gone till next summer. This past week has been a great week for those of us who make a living working outside and a welcome relief.
I hope is stays just like this until the snow starts. Then may the snow gods bring a lot more snow than they did last year. I only had to put the sander my truck twice all winter

That's for sure....painting & roofing work must have had some major setbacks due to all the heat & humidity. Paint will not dry right and asphalt roof shingles go crazy in the heat....plus working up on a hot roof is too hot. So much for outside work in the summer.....this past summer.....arrrg!

We worked on dock reconstruction during the week, water was low enough but still warm enough to stand in. Air temp and humidity was just right. Could have done with a little less wind and waves.

As long as the #%@& ice does not slam in from the south again, the dock should be good for another 20 years.
